Multi tenanted properties with a single landlord’s supply can prove problematic and time-consuming to re-bill, with under-recovery of suppliers’ bill value being commonplace. Reliable and accurate consumption data is required to justify the method for reclaiming costs and ideally, we would recommend AMR meters in each demised area, accessed remotely. This isn’t always practical and we can recharge based on percentage floor areas and even adjust them for high occupancy areas.
